Adélise was born about 1076 in Clifford castle, Clifford, Herefordshire, England, the daughter of Waltheof II Siwardson d'Huntingdon and Judith de Lens.

She died after 1126 in Flamstead, Hertfordshire, England .

Her husband was Raoul III de Tosny, who she married in 1103. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Roger III (c1104-1157), Marguerite (c1109-<1185) and Godehilde (c1105-1144).
